Balwyn Second-Hand Books is opening again.
Balwyn Chaplaincy 2XHB has been part of Balwyn High School since 1988. It reopened last Dec under Chaplain Jeff Lampard's care and the help of many - keen to ease stress on purse and environment, and to encourage economy and kindness.
